To build our team in Chișinău, we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

Lead and support our agile development teams in the effective implementation of Scrum practices
Organize and conduct Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and priorities
Remove obstacles and foster an environment of continuous improvement
Coach team members on agile principles and encourage self-organization
Promote and maintain a strong team culture with a high commitment to performance
Monitor team progress and ensure we deliver high-quality products on time
Identify and implement agile best practices and tools to optimize team productivity
Promote transparency and effective communication within the team and throughout the organization

Your profile

You bring proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects
You have a good understanding of agile principles, practices, and frameworks
You possess excellent facilitation and communication skills
You can successfully lead and motivate cross-functional teams
A certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant certifications is an advantage
Training as a coach is advantageous, but not required
You are familiar with Jira or similar agile project management tools
English language skills in spoken and written form at least B2 level
