To build our team in Chișinău, we are looking for a QA Engineer / Test Automation Engineer (m/f/d).
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans to ensure the quality,
functionality, and usability of our mobile apps, web apps, and full-stack development projects.

You will be part of an international team with 45 different nationalities, which creates a diverse and

Description

Are you a skilled Test Automation Engineer with a solid background in test design and automation? Do you have hands-on experience testing large-scale applications, especially those involving Kubernetes, data technologies, and API testing with pytest? Are you comfortable establishing QA processes and implementing industry best practices on new projects?

Your Tasks

Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers throughout the development
lifecycle to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans
Design and execute manual and automated test cases for all aspects of the application, including
functionality, usability, performance, security, and compatibility across different devices and
browsers
Identify and report bugs and defects clearly and concisely using a bug tracking system
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
Stay up-to-date with the latest QA tools, frameworks, and best practices in end-to-end (E2E)
testing, integration testing, and TestOps (Testing Operations)
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency a
effectiveness

Your profile

Proven experience in manual and automated testing methodologies (e.g., black-box, white-box
testing)
Good Understanding of ISEB/ISTQB testing standards
JAVA/PHP or other programming languages
Knowledge of Android
Experience with E2E testing frameworks for mobile and web applications (e.g., Appium,
Selenium)
Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Pytest, PHPUnit)
Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
Experience with Test automation libraries (e.g., Cucumber, Cypress, WebDriverIO)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and TestOps practices
Understanding of web development concepts (e.g., HTTP methods, HTML, CSS)
Familiarity with mobile development concepts (e.g., Android, iOS)
Knowledge of database querying languages (e.g., SQL)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
English language level of at least B2

Bonus Points

Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., Sauce Labs, BrowserStack)
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
Experience with security testing tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP)
Experience with PHPUnit
