• you have experience in UX and UI design, creativity, a flair for modern visual and design language, typography and independent, responsible work with very high quality and design standards
• you have an understanding of clients' product and brand strategies
• you have very good knowledge of Figma, as well as experience in other common prototyping and design tools
• you have English language skills in word and writing at least at B2 level

Nice-to-have: 

• you are experienced in the development and further development of design systems
• you are familiar with methods such as design thinking and user/human-centred design
• you know and recognise current trends in the digital world
• you have some experience in preparing and running workshops
• you are experienced in working with development teams in agile working methods
• confident and convincing presentation of your ideas, concepts and designs is one of your strengths
